Summer Cherry, Banana & Spinach Popsicles

 Ingredients

• 1 pouch Baby Gourmet Summer Cherry, Banana & Spinach

• 3 tbsp. Greek yogurt

• 3 tbsp. whole milk

1. In a medium bowl, combine flour, Ancient Grain cereal, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together egg, milk, melted butter and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
3.  Heat frying pan over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp. butter
4. Dip banana slices into pancake batter and coat both sides. Place coated banana into the hot pan, browning each side for about 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining 1 tbsp. butter.
5. Serve
