banana kale hemp super smoothie

Nutrient-rich kale adds to this delicious banana smoothie for a healthy breakfast or snack, plus it's so easy to blend together! If you think you don’t like green smoothies, this one will change your mind!

Serves 2 to 4

1 cup milk, water or Vanilla Baby Gourmet Shaker

1 cup kale, chopped

1 tbsp. hemp seeds

2 small bananas

1 small apple, cored and peeled

handful of ice cubes

  1. In a high-speed blender combine banana, apple, kale, hemp seeds and milk, blend until smooth
