This is based on our Vanilla Banana Berry Risotto purée. I replaced the rice with protein-packed Greek yogurt to give it a creamy texture. Our biggest complaint: parents wish we sold these in larger packages because they eat them too!

With three kids at home I've been finding it a bit challenging to get healthy, balanced homemade meals on the table at a decent time (before 7pm).
