Tropical Banana Bliss Rice Pudding
Rice pudding is a universal comfort food and this tropical twist on the original is delicious. This sweet treat is an interesting way to introduce new flavours and the addition of brown rice makes it a perfect healthy dessert, breakfast or cold snack.
- Simmer rice, coconut milk, milk, sugar, nutmeg and salt uncovered in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until thickened (about 40 minutes).
