• Can be made gluten free by using brown rice linguine noodles
Strawberry Chocolate Chia Mousse
1 bottle Baby Gourmet Chocolate Shakers
¼ cup of chia seeds
½ cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
¼ tsp. of vanilla extract
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- In a blender add all ingredients. Blend on high for 60 seconds, until chia seeds are ground.
- Place mixture in a re-sealable container in the refrigerator to set. It takes about 4-6 hours for chia to expand and develop a mousse like texture. You can leave in the fridge for up to 4 days.
