Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie

A deliciously refreshing morning smoothie or afternoon snack, this recipe can be modified for everyone in the family.

Serves 4, 8-ounce smoothies
5 minutes
  1. For BABY 6+ months: Purée bananas and strawberries in the blender until smooth. Remove 3 tablespoons and serve.
  2. For BABY 8+ months: Continue from step 1. Add yogurt and process until combined. Remove ¼ cup and serve.
  3. For the rest of the FAMILY: Continue from step 2. Add milk, honey and ice. Process until smooth and serve.
  4. Honey is not recommended for babies before the age of one.
