Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie
A deliciously refreshing morning smoothie or afternoon snack, this recipe can be modified for everyone in the family.
3 cups strawberries, stems removed, roughly chopped
4 bananas, peeled, cut into chunks
1 ½ cups plain yogurt
¼ cup milk
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 cup ice
- For BABY 6+ months: Purée bananas and strawberries in the blender until smooth. Remove 3 tablespoons and serve.
- For BABY 8+ months: Continue from step 1. Add yogurt and process until combined. Remove ¼ cup and serve.
- For the rest of the FAMILY: Continue from step 2. Add milk, honey and ice. Process until smooth and serve.
