Mango Carrot Smoothie
One of our kids’ favourite smoothies for a quick breakfast or snack. Reduce the amount of carrot juice for a thicker, spoon-fed meal or add Baby Gourmet cereal for texture.
1 cup mango, frozen diced
1 ½ cups fresh carrot juice
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Serve.
