Harvest Pear, Pumpkin & Banana Mini Muffins

Here is a recipe my kids loved when they were little. These mini muffins are a perfect on-the-go snack for babies who are feeding themselves and able to tolerate bite-sized pieces. Best for ages 12 months and up. 

Makes 60 mini muffins
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine dry ingredients and spices in a medium bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk baby food, milk, oil and egg.
  4. Add dry ingredients and mix until moistened.
  5. Spoon in greased mini muffin tins.
  6. Bake 15 minutes. If using standard muffin pan, bake 20 minutes.
  7. These are great for babies that are feeding themselves.

When I returned to work after having my third baby, one of my biggest worries was how to pump, transfer and store breastmilk.
