we help babies and kids love good food

Our Ingredients

We only use the freshest organic ingredients

All our ingredients have two things in common: they’re packed with nutrients, and your baby will love to eat them. We know, because we taste every one before it goes in the pouch.

We only choose the freshest ingredients from certified organic farms – no fillers, added sugar or salt, or artificial preservatives of any kind – because we want the best and will only feed your baby food that we would eat ourselves.

Super fruits

Fruit is a delicious, baby-friendly first food that’s loaded with vitamins A and C, folate and other essential nutrients to keep baby healthy. We love super fruits like apple, apricot, banana, blackberry, blueberry, cherry, fig, kiwi, mango, mangosteen, peach, pear, prune, raisin, raspberry, strawberry and yumberry.

Blueberries are one of the only natural foods that are truly blue. They contain more antioxidants than most fruits or vegetables.

Looks a little bit like a raspberry with a sweet-sour flavour and is filled with vitamins, minerals and powerful antioxidants.

Some describe this exotic fruit’s flavour as floral and sweet-tart, like a delicious nectarine with a dash of strawberry and pineapple.

Green veggies

Green veggies are wonderful for babies – a great source of much-needed iron, fibre, and vitamins A and C. Help babies develop a taste for delicious, healthy greens like broccoli, celery, kale, peas, spinach and zucchini.

Spinach isn’t just for Popeye – it’s a great food for babies, delivering 42 mg of calcium per cup of cooked spinach.

The beautiful leaves of the kale plant provide an earthy flavour and more nutritional value per calorie than almost any other food.

Want something high in vitamin C but don't feel like eating fruit? One cup of chopped broccoli has the same amount as an orange.

Root veggies

Packed with vitamins A and C, root veggies are an excellent first food for baby. They’re naturally sweet and provide a smooth, creamy texture babies love. Our products include root veggies like beet, butternut squash, carrot, potato, pumpkin and sweet potato.

Carrot is an excellent source of vitamin A, providing more than 200% of your daily requirement in just one carrot.

Butternut squash

Butternut squash has more vitamin A than a pumpkin and only one cup contains 63 calories.

If baby’s a little grouchy, beets may be just the thing to perk them up! They contain betaine, which is known to improve your mood.

Tasty and nourishing, grains are a favourite with babies and kids. Moms will appreciate the dietary fibre, iron and many B vitamins of grains like amaranth, barley, brown rice, oat bran, buckwheat, millet, oats, quinoa and whole wheat pasta.
NASA researchers declared quinoa the perfect snack for astronauts because it is mineral-rich, gluten-free and contains all essential amino acids.
Brown Rice

In some parts of the world, the word "to eat" literally means "to eat rice." Brown rice has only the hull removed, keeping more of its nutritional value.

This gluten-free grain has a light, nutty, or peppery-crunchy texture and flavour. It can be cooked similar to pasta or rice.

Dairy is the original first food and contains a good balance of protein, fat and carbs for baby. An important source of calcium and vitamins A and D. Our products containing dairy include nutritious ingredients such as butter and Greek yogurt.

Greek Yogurt
Greek yogurt packs an extra punch with nearly twice the protein compared to more traditional varieties.

When babies reach the 6-month milestone, their growing bodies need more protein. Foods like meat and dairy provide them with iron and vitamins B and D. Our purées and savoury meals include proteins like beef, chicken, chickpeas, turkey and Greek yogurt.
It’s not just about health: chicken that's organically raised tends to be more tender and have more complex flavours.
